What are you going to do when the past
runs wild on the future
to help the WNYMA Kick the “C” out of
Cancer Series ?
The Place: Silver Springs Racing
The Date: June 21st – 22nd
The WNYMA is very pleased to announce that the WNYMA’s 2nd Annual Kick the “C” out of Cancer Series Team Challenge received a jolt this week when a 1970’s D4 / WNYSC icon in former AMA National Pro Rider Andy Stacy and his company Tuf Powersports joined the Team Challenge. You just never know who Andy will bring along… but, last I heard he was trying to call in favor from a friend nicknamed the “Dogger” and may even recruit his faster brother Frank !
AMA Supercross top ten rider and current #1 privateer Paul Carpenter confirmed “I’ll do my best to be there again this year, last year was just such a blast. I may need to be in Cali testing out my Atomic Racing Honda 450, but if I can be, I’ll be at Silver Springs Racing on June 21st and 22nd to take on those Thunder Alley guys again” !
The Thunder Alley Sports Team will be there defending the very unique trophy that the Atomic Racing guys welded up last year. Will the Team Challenge trophy return to Fulton, NY ? Perhaps a detour to Dekalb Ill is in order or will one of the many great additional teams reign supreme ?
The WNYMA
secured some very valuable sponsorships last week:
RG3 Suspension has secured the WNYMA’s 10 event Spring Series title sponsor rights and benefits with their contribution of (2) RG3 Suspension Custom Revalving Services. [Value $450.00 each] 1 RG3 Suspension Custom Revalving Service will be raffled off in support of the Kick the “C” out Cancer Series and the other will be awarded to a RG3 Suspension Spring Series competitor !
Tuf Powersports captured the WNYMA’s 10 event Summer Series title sponsor rights and benefits with a contribution of $750.00 [MSRP] in motocross products. Tuf Powersports Andy Stacy will also be competing in his 1st WNYSC / WNYMA event in over 20 years when he joins the WNYMA’s Kick the “C” out of Cancer Series for the Atomic Racing VS. Thunder Alley Sports VS. ????? Team Challenge on June 21st and 22nd at Silver Springs Racing.
RTT Motorsports gained a firm grip on the WNYMA’s 10 event Fall Series title sponsor rights and benefits by contributing a certificate for free a RTT Stabilizer Kit [value $599.00] and offering all 25 Fall Series Champions a 30% discount certificate from RTT Motorsports. The certificate for the free RTT Stabilizer Kit will also be raffled off during the WNYMA’s Kick the “C” out of Cancer Series, while the RTT Motorsports 30% discount certificates will be awarded at the WNYMA banquet in January 2009 with the 2008 WNYMA RTT Motorsports Fall Series Awards.
